Butcher Boy is a modern Asian fusion dining concept that was built to challenge the ordinary. Opening at Alabang West Parade in Las Piñas City, it quickly earned recognition from the Michelin Guide Manila & Environs 2026 — a testament to its unwavering commitment to quality.

The restaurant's name is a wink at the kitchen's irreverence — bold, playful, and entirely confident. The "bb" logo, etched onto every plate and neon-lit across the walls, is an identity that guests immediately recognise.

Chef A.A. Walsh

Andrew Walsh is an Irish-born chef who built his Michelin-starred reputation in Singapore, where his restaurant Cure became one of Southeast Asia's most celebrated dining destinations. Drawing from a career that spans some of the world's finest kitchens, Chef Walsh brings a global palate rooted in technique and driven by bold ingredient-led cooking.

Butcher Boy is his vision for what neighbourhood dining can be — elevated without being pretentious, refined without losing its soul. Chef Walsh fuses Asian comfort food traditions with European precision, producing a menu where a pork bao and a tomahawk steak can share the same moment of glory.
